What do you do at Keystone – and how does that help our clients?

I aim to make sure that clients feel looked after, and that their campaigns are creative and impactful, but crucially run smoothly. I like to think I bring clarity and a (mostly) calm head so that projects deliver tangible results.

Tell us about the moment you thought: “Yes! This is why I do this job.”

The feeling of seeing messaging land with the right audience and delighting a client. It makes you feel that all the effort was worthwhile and gives you the confidence to continue pushing boundaries.

What’s a personality trait you bring to work that doesn’t show on your CV?

Quiet determination. I’ll never profess to be the loudest, nor demand to be front and centre. But I thrive on building strong and meaningful relationships. It’s about being personable and working to deliver for myself, and for others.

What’s one thing clients always appreciate about working with you?

That I really try to get to know people, understand what motivates them and, most importantly, what matters to them. I try to always be collaborative and listen well, allowing me to be empathetic and display emotional intelligence in most situations. I will always take time to absorb, digest, and then advise carefully and thoughtfully.

If you could give one tip to someone choosing a marketing partner, what would it be?

Choose someone who will take the time to listen, be engaged, and inquisitive. Investing time in understanding the organisation, its aims, and its desired outcomes will result in successful campaigns built on a stringent strategy.
