What do you do at Keystone – and how does that help our clients?

I help businesses get the very best from their CRM and wider martech (marketing technology) stack. That means making sure systems talk to each other, data flows smoothly, and teams can actually use the tools they’re paying for.

Tell us about the moment you thought: “Yes! This is why I do this job.”

A favourite project was rescuing a struggling CRM rollout for a client who had lost confidence in the platform. Seeing their teams all adopt it enthusiastically and watch results improve (almost immediately) was a real turning point for the organisation.

What’s a personality trait you bring to work that doesn’t show on your CV?

I’m endlessly curious. Whether it’s tinkering with a new integration or asking “why” one too many times, I love finding better ways of working.

What’s one thing clients always appreciate about working with you?

A client once said I make complex systems feel simple. I cut through the jargon and show them what matters, without overcomplicating things.

If you could give one tip to someone choosing a marketing partner, what would it be?

Look for a partner who listens first. The right solution isn’t the flashiest tool, it’s the one that’s shaped around your actual goals.
