What do you do at Keystone – and how does that help our clients?

I support Hayley with her diary and operational planning, and step in on team projects where needed. From admin to delivery, if I am involved in a project, I like to keep things organised so the team can focus on clients.

Tell us about the moment you thought: “Yes! This is why I do this job.”

I’m proud of every project I’ve supported, but the best moments are when Hayley tells me I’ve made her day a little easier. Knowing I’ve lightened someone’s load is what makes me love this work.

What’s a personality trait you bring to work that doesn’t show on your CV?

I’m naturally very nurturing. I like looking after people and creating calm out of busy situations, whether that’s through humour, encouragement, or simply making sure everyone has what they need to get things done.

What’s one thing clients always appreciate about working with you?

Clients really appreciate my laser-sharp focus and drive to deliver. As soon as I’m locked into a task, I manage and execute it with great care and diligence, leaving no stone left unturned.

If you could give one tip to someone choosing a marketing partner, what would it be?

Look for a team who listens as much as they advise. The right partner should understand your business as if it were their own, and bring clarity and structure that lets your ideas truly shine.
